- Work is scoped in writing first, then quoted at a fixed price for the defined deliverables.
- Ownership
- At handoff the client owns the source code, domain, hosting and service accounts.
- Support
- Ongoing maintenance and support after launch is available and scoped separately.
- Delivery
- Direct delivery by one consultant. The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it.
How I deliver
Scope and acceptance
Agree the goals, deliverables, assumptions, milestones and acceptance criteria before implementation.
Build and review
Working previews and regular check-ins keep progress visible. The agreed workflows are tested and decisions are documented.
Accessibility and requirements
Keyboard access, content structure and contrast are part of the build. Accessibility, privacy, hosting and security requirements are agreed during scoping.
Handoff
Deployment, source access, documentation and editor training are planned as part of the project.
